To welcome the people who visit Hokkaido by the Toya-ko Lake Summit
by Chitose junior chamber, "floral ground picture project" was started.

The ground picture is the size of 100 meters of height and width,
and the parking lot of non-pavement of "Chitose outlet mall RERA"
where it's from the airport in about 1 kilometer to the north is used.
The ground picture drawn about 15,000 stocks of flower is seen from the sky.
The airplane which enters a runway at the airport southward passes about 300 meters of sky.

The eighth parking lot of the upper left is a meeting place.
It's about 30 minutes on foot from Rera atrium.

from the observatory in the site, but unfortunately,
an observatory closed on this day.
